Five Days of Thankfulness

Thursday -- 1. Low key evening at home 2. Able to catch up with old friends 3. Time to paint my nails

Friday - 1. Possibly a long-term sub gig teaching 6th grade Science 2. God's sense of humor that it is my worst subject 3.  That I have to depend on God for complete insight into teaching

Saturday - 1. Great time at Melissa's bday party 2. Wine Demo @ Market Street -- all day...I love that grocery store 3.  Bodyguard on TV

Sunday - 1. Moving into a sweet friend's place 2.  My own bed 3. My own bathroom:)

Monday - 1. Able to sleep in this morning 2. Breaded Okra 3. Sonic drinks

Wed and Thurs TYs

Yesterday I was thankful for:
1. able to hang out with Miranda, Brandy, and Mallory -- always laughter
2. guac and chips at 7Salsas
3. witnessing my mom in her hilarious school Feb. funk

Today I am thankful for:
1. God created me to be calm in a crisis
2. God created me to be able to adapt to change well
3. God created me to love the unlovable

Monday and VDAY

So today is one of my favorite days in middle school - Valentine's Day  --  SO mUcH DrAmA so little time...the kids crack me up

Thankful for discovering the Kroger by my school has my two favorite baked goods: pumpkin chocolate chip muffin tops and cranberry orange scones; excellent bible study speaker on submission (women at ibc); and my mom (her flip out today was priceless)

Monday -- pre VDay
1. leaving WM on time
2. pencil sharpeners
3. being able to be calm in chaotic situations

Joy Dare

My friend Jenny suggested that a group of us begin the Joy Dare.  Each day list three things I am grateful for and see what God does with it.  I know this will surely help me find my way.

Tuesday Gratitudes
1.  Women's bible study at Irving Bible Church
2.  No second job tonight
3.  A sweet young man at school told me that I am always smiling and that makes him smile.

Love this idea and glad I have some wonderful ladies to share this with so it does not get lost in the shuffle of life.
